Damaged or Missing Items: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we request that you report it to us within 3 days of receiving the package by contacting us at butteflywomancreations@gmail.com We may request pictures of the damaged items or the packaging to help us assess the issue and process your request. Please provide these pictures promptly upon our request.
Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping: Once the order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit. If you encounter such issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping company after contacting us.
Incorrect Address Provided: We are not responsible for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that you double-check the shipping information you provide during checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the items to the correct address. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping, including any applicable shipping fees.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to fullfil the order, at our disgression.
